1. Terms & Conditions
By accessing our site and purchasing any items from SundayNine, you are deemed to have agreed to all our Terms & Conditions. SundayNine reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions at anytime without notice. You are advised to check this page regularly to take notice of any changes that we may have made to our Terms & Conditions.
2. Purchases
To make a purchase, simply fill up our order form, leave a comment or email us at shopsundaynine@gmail.com with the following details:
1. Your Mailing Address
2. Your Choice of Delivery (Normal Mail/Registered Mail)
3. Item Codes and Quantities
We pledge to reply to your order within 12 hours with payment instructions and the total amount payable. Your order will be reserved for 24 hours from this point onwards. If payment is not received within 24 hours, the item/s will be released for sale.
Please note that your order is confirmed only when payment is received, an order confirmation email will be sent to you and your order will arrive within 4 business days, unless otherwise stated.
3. Payment Options
We strongly recommend Internet Banking when transacting with us. However, if you wish to opt for ATM transfers, please keep a copy of the transaction receipt and keep it till orders are received as it might be required for verification purposes.
For your convenience, we have DBS, OCBC and UOB bank accounts available for fund transfers.
4. Size Measurements & Washing Instructions
While SundayNine strives to provide the most accurate measurements, please note that all measurements provided should be taken as only close approximates. Pit-to-pit (PTP), Shoulder-to-shoulder, Waist, Sleeve, Length, Width, Rise and other measurements are provided only where applicable.
All our clothes are 100% new and unwashed. Hence, customers are strongly advised to wash them separately for the first time in case of discoloring.
As all items sold are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable, customers are strongly encouraged to clear all doubts on the measurements before making purchases.
5. Prices and Delivery Charges
Please note that our prices are strictly non-negotiable and are exclusive of the following delivery charges:
Normal Mail
S$1.50 for first item and S$0.80/item for second item onwards, unless otherwise stated.
Registered Mail
One-off top up of $2.25 to the total normal postage charges (up to 3 items).
While SundayNine takes every effort to ensure that orders reach our customers on time and in good condition, we will not be responsible for lost or damaged orders sent via normal postage. Hence, we strongly recommend registered post for your orders.
7. Refunds and Exchanges
At SundayNine, we strongly believe in providing our customers with the best product and shopping experience. Thus, please be assured that all items are brand new and goes through two thorough checks; once before being put on sale and another before mailing out to customers.
All items sold are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you think that you have received a defective item, please contact us immediately at heysundaynine@gmail.com with the following details:
i) Order number
ii) Photo of defect with brief description
Exchanges for “defective items” are judged strictly based on a case-by-case basis. Exchanged item/s will only be mailed out upon receiving the returned item/s in proper condition.
